There is a difference between cost and price; Price is a one time thing and cost is a 30 year thing. The price of one installation estimate maybe higher than another, but if you have to repair the lower estimate and it only lasts 25 years, or worse 5 years, the cost of what looked like the lowest estimate is ridiculously high.
